Residential lettings
A small portfolio, and the whole record behind it.
Greensted Properties Limited holds 4 homes in Herne Bay, Surbiton and Thame, let directly with no agent in the middle. Every one is published as a Residential Open Data document: the rent, the EPC and its certificate number, and every change we make to the listing, in a format anyone can read and check against the public registers.

The portfolio
Every home is let at the moment.
Nothing is free right now. These are the homes we hold, with the rent each is let at, so you can see what tends to come up and what it costs when it does. Ask and we will tell you when one is coming free.
How we let
A landlord you can check.
Most rental listings are marketing. The rent moves and the old figure disappears, the floor area is whatever sounded best on the day and nobody can tell you where any of it came from. That is not a small annoyance, it is the reason renting feels like guesswork.
We publish the portfolio as structured data instead. Every floor area and energy rating here comes from the property's own entry on the government EPC register, and each home carries its certificate number so you can pull up the original. Rents come from us, labelled as coming from us. Where we do not hold something, the record says so rather than filling the gap.
The standard is Residential Open Data, which is public domain and not ours to bend. Using someone else's schema is the point: it is only a check on us if we cannot quietly redefine the fields.
